Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST begin processing the very same business day.
Please note that our automated fulfillment center rests on weekends and major holidays so our team can recharge.

3. Tracking and Real-Time Updates (Animation)**

4. Shipping Locations and Restrictions**
Domestic Routing
We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States.
We proudly support our community by shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via standard ground shipping.
International Logistics
Physical hardware shipping is currently optimized for domestic delivery within the United States.
For specialized corporate hardware deployment outside the United States, please contact our business underwriting division directly to arrange logistics.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments**
Transit Damage Protection
If your tech arrives with any physical damage from the journey, just snap a quick photo and reach out to our squad within 48 hours. We will fast-track a priority replacement out to you.
Missing Packages
If your tracking link shows "Delivered" but your package hasn't appeared, we recommend a quick check with neighbors or your building's front desk. If it still hasn't shown up after 24 hours, contact our digital support desk so we can investigate and get you taken care of.
